I was very well pleased with the nurses & staff while my brother stayed their & I really do appreciate all of them & they're the BEST!!
The staff was very friendly but the pain I was in was excruciating they did good taking care of that I told them from the beginning that my insurance was cut off as soon as I came through the door and I continued to tell them all while I was there so they had admitted me still knowing I didn't have insurance found out I had a spine injury and needed surgery they discharged me with the quickness I suppose to got injections too tht didn't happened either this supposed to be state owned hospital now I'm back home in excruciatin... read more

My daughter had a kidney biopsy and the nurses and doctor were so nice! I'd recommend UAMS LR to anyone needing care. 041017-Someone in Radiology just called my daughter to see how she was feeling, any problems with pain, etc. No other hospital she's been admitted to has ever done this. A+ UAMS!!!

Out of all the hospitals and ER 'S I've ever been to this is the most helpful and friendly I've ever seen. ALL the people are so friendly and helpful, from giving you directions when you get lost in the huge building lol to making sure all the family gets to see and spend time with patients before surgery. My mother had Cervical Cancer and they took remarkable care of her and us. She's 70, we were there for 2 days,1 night and they did such a great job.
