I applied at a property in. Galveston at Seaport Village put a $200 deposit my needs were not meet due to lies and fake promises I would like my money back in left homeless with my daughters I want what's mine.
Response from a resident that actually pays rent at Cimarron – We DON"T need new management at Cimarron Springs, we need new tenants that take pride in where they live. All of the property that is destroyed by other people's children can only be corrected by that child's parent, not management. I have seen maintenance staff fixing the same things over and over again trying to maintain safety, but parents don't have control over their children and allow them to destroy property. Cimmaron Springs – We are seriously in need of new mgmt at cimarron springs apts in cleburne ,tx.The manager does not care what happens.Residents have reported numerous things the children have tore up or destroyed and she does nothing to correct it.All she does is sit in the office behind her desk and never walks the property.The cops are out here all the time.This property was alot better when Susie and Dale Brown were mgmt.please do something us residents want some help to return the property to what is was when we ... read more

I DO NOT recommend this complex. – Miss Toya, Did you ever find out what happened? I live in apartments that are owned by the same company and it sux!! They are awful!! If so how did it go? I want to know if I should do the same thing everyone is moving out due to mgmt. I am sorry you had that experience. I too have managed apts. And this place is bad.
