UAB Passport Services is open to the public. You do not have to be a UAB student or employee to apply at UAB. At this time, appointments are required. Due to COVID regulations, we are NOT accepting walk-ins. To make an appointment, go to our website!

My son visited the passport office in July and Juydhi went above and beyond to make sure he got his passport taken care of! We were running late and she was able to fit him in to get it!! She was awesome!!
Fast and friendly service.
Location is very easy to find. Parking is also easy and convenient to the door. Just make sure to display your parking pass. I called when I arrived and was greeted by Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location. Come prepared and your experience will be a breeze as well.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THE UAB PASSPORT OFFICE! I applied for passports for my 4 daughters on a Friday. I wrote 4 separate checks, one being for an adult passport therefore a different amount. The person assisting us - who was very obviously uncomfortable working with others - reviewed the applications, passports we were turning in, as well as each check. We received a phone call from him later that afternoon that the check for my 17 year should have been the adult amount event though she technically isn't an adult. W... read more
