UAB MARS. I had high hopes, but you cannot answer and put someone on hold then not come back to them. Especially when they call back and then you do not answer the phone.

Monday, 03/30/2026 The van driver that took me too and from UAB HIGHLAND from 4th Avenue Parking Deck , both ladies was so kind, friendly, helpful, one told the other one about me, to be looking out for me coming out of UAB HIGHLAND both was in such a good spirit, and why do I feel that you all treat every passenger that HOP on the van the same treatment that you gave me, thanks ladies.!!!
