They will literally steal your pay despite appealing with proof they ticketed you incorrectly. They ticketed me as parking in lot G-7 when my vehicle was, in fact, parked in a lot that wasn’t even zoned on their map or marked. G-7 is located across and down the street from where I parked and is clearly marked as such in-person and on the map. Their own photos even show I was NOT parked in lot G-7. Called 40 times trying to appeal the 2nd ticket the gave me when I have a valid permit!

I have never met anybody as rude as some of their employees. The man I just interacted with was so rude because I accidentally put day shift instead of night shift on my application. He proceeded to try to argue about me filling it out wrong. They need to do some serious rehiring

I pay tuition for you guys to help me and I've called 10 times no answer extremely unprofessional and just downright criminal. Especially the fact that I've called MARS and the office several times.
