I do not know who it is that you have answering the phone, Kattie I think she said, but she has to be one of the most unprofessional people I have ever talked too. Very rude, thinks she is a nurse or a Dr, giving you all kinds of medical advice. Telling you what should and should not be hurting, by the symptoms. I mean come on, answer the dang phone and just say I will get a nurse or Dr to call you back. She needs to schedule appointments like she was hired to do.
Fantastic group and great urologist
Dr Habermacher is awesome. He is kind, considerate and takes great care of his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a urologist.
