As with every dr office you overbook patients and then make us wait forever past our appointment time. Respect our time please. Don't get me started on the lab where you have no patients but I can hear you sitting and chit chatting while I am kept waiting another 20+ minutes. Wish there was a better option.
I have only seen the Dr. here once. I’m being put with a new Dr because the one i seen ONE time is moving. these appointments are 6 months apart. i am on the Dexcom G6 and have not been able to get any refills because they won’t answer their phone or return a phone call. i have been out for about 2 weeks and i can’t get them anywhere without a prescription. i guess they got other priorities but i am over here struggling with my health because now i have nothing to wake me up at 2 am when my blood sugar goes to 40. i was refe... read more
I have had a referral to this place for 10 months now. No appointment scheduled as of yet. I called and called. I was told they get 100 referrals a day. I told the lady that's good but I'm concerned for me because I have a family history of thyroid cancer. I have nodules on my thyroid and need to see an endocrinologist soon. Mt husband was referred here in March and was seen in July. Come on now are you picking and choosing?
I like Dr. Thudi but it is literally impossible to contact anyone in their office. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks regarding an important question but i have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone. I leave voicemails but have yet to receive a call back. As an RN who has worked in many different specialties over the course of 10 years, I have never encountered a medical office that does not answer phone calls or return calls. I like Dr. Garg, but you can not get anyone on the nurses staff to call in a prescription, or call you back. Service is awful! Probably time to find a new doctor.
