I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the pharmacy team at UAB West they were amazing. My mom was discharged and it was around 4:30pm ad she had about 20 prescriptions to be filed. We wasn't sure if the other pharmacies would have all of the prescriptions and instead of sending us on our way they jumped in and got them all filled and stayed late to do it. I just want to say thank you personally to the pharmacist Mitch and Sarah and Shy that also worked there and helped out.
The staff is hateful and rude . I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and UHC . No one should be so rudely
This hospital is an absolute nightmare! I can't fathom why they're even in business. After making me wait for over six agonizing months for my appointment, they casually cancel it with no explanation whatsoever. I'm told the doctor won't be available on that day—then why the hell did they make me endure six months of anticipation? When I had the audacity to call them back, they had the nerve to inform me that there's not a single doctor available within the VIVA UAB system for the next 12 months.
