Went for annual Physical. Dr never even looked at me. Only asked questions and typed on her computer. Then they charged me for things I did not ask for. I told them I was only there for an annual physical which was covered by my insurance 100%. They charged me for more, and refused to take it off when I challenged it. Do not trust them. They are not there for the patient. Will never go back to them again.
I went there in excruciating pain and the only thing the doctor did was talked to me. He instructed me to go downstairs to get lab work but they were closed. He told me to come back on another day first thing in the morning and when I did, they ask for payment again. But in the meantime I'm still in a lot of pain. I never heard of paying 2 co pays for one doctor's visit. I been crying all day because there can be something seriously wrong with me and they just wasted my time and money.
