I have night terrors from childhood traumas. UAB had been prescribing my medicine to control them. Receptionist and Doctor Ashley Ford would not call my medicine in to control the night terrors. As I started getting closer to my last dose, I called panicking wanting for them to call in my prescription. Went for annual Physical. Dr never even looked at me. Only asked questions and typed on her computer. Then they charged me for things I did not ask for. I told them I was only there for an annual physical which was covered by my insurance 100%. They charged me for more, and refused to take it off when I challenged it. Do not trust them. They are not there for the patient. Will never go back to them again.
I went there in excruciating pain and the only thing the doctor did was talked to me. He instructed me to go downstairs to get lab work but they were closed. He told me to come back on another day first thing in the morning and when I did, they ask for payment again. But in the meantime I'm still in a lot of pain.
