I have been to this ER about 4 times and had an unpleasant experience each time. The most recent was after being involved in a car accident which resulted in immediate neck pain. I was able to give a decent medical history describing my complex medical history and preexisting conditions despite being in an extremely shaken state. Here with a possible broken ankle. Practically begged for pain meds. 2 1/2 hours later I got Tylenol and Motrin after breaking down in tears. Shortly after meds they wheeled in an X-Ray machine. They do NOT care about you being in pain. They do not care about how long you wait. If I could get up and walk, I would leave and go somewhere else.

If you see that “Dr.” Willie Gilford is there just expect to not be treated. Horrible bedside manner! Did not listen to patients concerns and brushed off like inconvenience to him watching his NFL game Thursday night.

My name is Judy Cleveland and I had to go to the ER on Sunday morning, August 31, I was treated so well upon arrival and throughout my visit there, by all the doctors, nurses, attendants and others. I can recommend very highly this place. Thank all of you.
