My daughter had an MRI today and the service was outstanding. She has had alot of experience with medical imaging and hospitals, and this by far was one of the best experiences she has had. For the first time, she truly felt heard, cared for and they really took their time to get the images she needed. The staff were kind, professional and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We are so grateful... Thank you.
The staff were amazing!! From paperwork to making sure I understood what they were going to do, to feeling really comfortable during the MRI. It was an incredible experience all around. And they were able to get me in right away, instead of waiting months for something that was considered an emergency. Thank you everyone!! 🥰
