The U32 Apartments are absolutely stunning. It's a perfect fit for young adults or anyone that is looking to live in North Fargo. The amenities are over-the-top - pool, hot-tub, huge fitness room, side rooms for studying or gatherings, helpful staff...the list goes on. I highly recommend U32!
This building is so beautiful! The apartments are well designed with really nice appliances but the amenities put it over the top! (volleyball courts, basketball court, full gym, beautiful pool, social rooms, bonfire pits, pool table, fun events & classes)
If I were shopping for an apartment in North Fargo, this is where I would live hands down. I teach a workout class once a week at the fitness facility and the gym is fully stocked with every equipment you would need. The building is also very secure and safe. Location is close to NDSU campus and downtown Fargo. The amenities here are top notch. Full workout facility, racketball court, pool and lounge area.
Lindsey is the best! She is so easy to talk to and gets stuff done! You will be taken care of if you go to Lindsey for any needs or concerns!
I have loved living at U32. I moved to this apartment complex when it first opened and was amazed by the amenities and the rates, and how it is all included!! It is not just college living either which I love!! The staff is always very helpful and it is nice seeing the same face when I need help with a maintenance or room issue. I would highly recommend U32 to any individual looking for a new place to call home!
I have had a great time living in SGC! Everyone who visits love the interior of my apartment and are very impressed with the cleanliness of the building overall. The staff and building parties have been fun!! Thanks for all you guys do!
