Dr. Potter is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen to you. She actually spends time trying to figure out what is wrong with you if it is not easy to figure out.
Dr. Poter is extremely knowledgeable in her field and a caring physician. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my family. She's been caring for my grandchildren for over ten years. The only drawback is that the appointments are scarce .
This place is HORRIBLE! The staff was too busy on their phones laughing and joking around with each other to deal with the patients, When we made the appointment we made it very clear that we were self pay, the lady we spoke with told us they would work out payments with us and scheduled our appointment. The doctor acted like she was too put out to see us, and we were wasting her time, she then referred us to a self pay clinic and sent us on our way. I wouldn't even take my dog to this place!
