No roof on storage units. You can climb over into other units. No video recording. No accounting who comes and goes, just a self sign in sheet that is not checked.
I dropped my cash payment in the drop-box outside their office. They say they never received it and then charged me a $10 late fee and a $10 lockout fee. Funny that they have cameras everywhere on their property except the drop-box.
