Whatever lady is at the front desk has 0 idea what she is doing. BUYER BEWARE YOU MAY BE SCAMMED As you see, the merchant replied to my comment here but never followed up via email. They wrongfully charged me and never refunded me. This was over two weeks ago. The merchant has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I’m having to go through my bank and hope for a refund.
John provided the best customer service possible. Myself and a few college friends came looking for the best storage option over the summer. We wanted something that fit all of our items, but was still affordable. John told us about our options in depth, and even stayed past close when we decided to change units last minute. We ended up going with a 5x10 that fit a surprising amount of items, so happy we came here!
