Terrible customer service, these old men were mad I came into the business I guess. Sorry to interrupted. This one guy, the manager is horrible. Necessary evil for local storage!
Excellent customer service, John Makolo is exceptional takes time to explain and treat you like family. Easy access with long hours 7 days a week and good security system. My family will definitely use this location for all future storage needs. Thank you John!!!
Whatever lady is at the front desk has 0 idea what she is doing. BUYER BEWARE YOU MAY BE SCAMMED As you see, the merchant replied to my comment here but never followed up via email. They wrongfully charged me and never refunded me. This was over two weeks ago. The merchant has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I’m having to go through my bank and hope for a refund.
