Iam writing today to complain about the poor service I have received at New York ave U Store far as the elevator. Which have been on and off inoperative for several months. Before this current management, there was less problems. I am a disabled veteran. And the elevator. It's very helpful because of my medical condition. Just recently, both elevators were broke. I had a difficult time trying to maneuver my items. Which caused pain throughout my body. I'm a faithful customer and I do appreciate the staff work. I'm seeking co... read more
