Taylor and Nicole were very helpful and friendly in finding me the best suited storage unit for my needs! Customer support was also helpful, fast, and friendly. Climate controlled and padlocked I would recommend. Thank you all again!
Initially I rented a location at the Winans Rd. location online because it was closer to where I lived. However when I went to the location, I realized it was really run down and not where I felt comfortable. I was able to move to the location on Files Rd. I was there for several years. I only moved out of the storage because I no longer needed th additional storage. Mini Mall Storage has been amazing to work with since day one! When I reserved my unit, I had issues with my contract loading and went out to the office. They weren’t even open yet but she took me in and finished everything up! She even gave me a temp code to use in case my code wasn’t programmed by the time I got there. I am cleaning my storage out tomorrow as we just moved and don’t need the storage unit anymore and speaking with them today was just as great of an experience.
