I rented from them for a couple of months and didn't have any issues, other than my rate going up after the first month, which wasn't clearly communicated. Oh well, my own fault. However, I moved out just a few days after one month was charged, and called them the next day to let them know. I was hoping for a refund for the majority of the month, because that just makes sense that I shouldn't have to pay for an entire month when I had only been there a COUPLE of days longer after a payment had been made. Initially I rented a location at the Winans Rd. location online because it was closer to where I lived. However when I went to the location, I realized it was really run down and not where I felt comfortable. I was able to move to the location on Files Rd. I was there for several years. I only moved out of the storage because I no longer needed th additional storage.
