I rented from them for a couple of months and didn't have any issues, other than my rate going up after the first month, which wasn't clearly communicated. Oh well, my own fault. However, I moved out just a few days after one month was charged, and called them the next day to let them know. I was hoping for a refund for the majority of the month, because that just makes sense that I shouldn't have to pay for an entire month when I had only been there a COUPLE of days longer after a payment had been made.
