Tamara is awesome and extremely helpful. I've always hated looking for storages but she made the whole process very easy and quick and even got the first month free. Overall great customer service!
I've had storage unit here since 2016. Staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. My rent continues to go up every few months, I've been locked out twice this year, and charged late fee even though my payments are on auto payments. I'm taking my storage to another location. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else!
