Have had 4 different units there over the past few years. 2 outside units as well. I have never had an issue with theft or vandalism. Ruby and her staff are all friendly and professional. I will never store my stuff anywhere ever again.
I had an outdoor vehicle storage unit at this location for about 1.5 years and of all the storage places I have used this is BY FAR the best. Most of their vehicle storage is locked behind 2 different gates with different keys for added protection. The on site management is fantastic. I once had my vehicle's tracker that was supposed to be in their lot ping about 1.5 miles away and after recently having a car stolen from my apartment I anxiously called and the person was super nice (I believe it was Richard) and they were ab... read more
I just had THE BEST Experience at this location. Richard went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I got every discount available and went over every detail with me. And he did it all with the most friendly, kind and efficient approach. Got to meet Ruby, the Manager on my way out and she was a delight and added additional tips to ensure my storage rental experience will have no issues. I highly, highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
