Rude walked In for a truck rental lady at desk was very rude when ask if I was using the truck local I went to explain the mileage being that I have alot of experience with u haul truck I was Instantly cut off with a rude state and tone of voice of I just need to know if you are bringing the truck back here I Continued to proceed with the process I was Quoted a price of 125 which Included insurance I didn't ask for And i'm guessing she just put any Is random amount for mileage

Wonderful storage. 24 hour access. AC units. Clean halls. Lots of paperwork to start, but goes quickly. Managers explained everything well. No hidden fees. Explained the late fees and processes. You can also rent a Uhaul here. Buy boxes, etc. One stop moving shop.
Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND this place to even my worst enemy! Actually, I would give zero stars if possible. First of all, absolutely no customer service skills shown by any of the staff I came in contact with. The man there was a disrespectful, arrogant, scammer, really just an all around an unpleasant human to come in contact with. Not to mention, the rest of the staff is also EQUALLY the scammers as him, or at least the ones I came into contact with.
