I would like to say that I had my stuff in a storage for about almost a year and a half and I wanted to say they are very wonderful from the minute we start needing a storage until the man that we left they are very wonderful people we are very pleased with the service and the help they give us I would definitely recommend this place whenever I got behind I talked to them and they work with me thank you Us storage for all your help all this time you guys are wonderful keep doing this wonderful job .
I’ve had a unit with them for over a year and I had great experiences. The staff and the manager are so extremely helpful and I never had a bad experience with them even one time. If I ever had questions or an issue with billing I would get reached out to you right away and the care was amazing.
This place is very clean.
Mary was so very understanding when I needed to move my mom. U-Stor NW is very clean and feels secure but most of all the staff has excellent customer service. Thank you!
