Don't make your move with US Van Lines – I would never recommend this company to anyone. I moved long distance last month. And, besides everything was delivered damp or wet with my boxes falling apart. They won't fix the situation. Tracy in customer service seemed so helpful in the beginning saying they took full responsibility for this. Now, I can't even get a phone call returned! They were trying to direct me to the company they contract out, USA relocators. They never attempted to call me. But, when I call them for answer... read more
Move is not a four letter word with this company – I first spoke with Heather about my local move within St. Louis. She was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgable and helpful. I decided to go with US van Lines even though they were about $5 more than other movers. Was that $5 worth it! I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend anyone to this company!
