Absolutely love these guys! they were professional, kind and funny! We hired them to move from our house into a condo and then to take all of our stuff out to storage in marin county..they were on time, courteous and basically a joy to be around..they asked questions when they didn't know the answers and protected all of our stuff beautifully. And they were so affordable! Hire these guys! they really are the best!
I again gave a chance to US Van Lines to relocate us as in the past they relocated us and we do have a strong faith in this company as I've had so many terrible moves in the past. These guys came in looking as if they hadn’t slept last night and yet were incredibly professional, fast and careful. Not even any damage to our walls at all. Both at times they beat their estimates on time. Best of all these guys just looks like they're having a great time since they carry of their work with such an ease . Highly recommended.
Don't use US Van Lines in St. Louis office if you move long distance! Scam of the moving dates and their insurance! Again, SCAM! Delayed 26 days from our preferred arrival date. Won't pay for the delay. The furniture packed and unpacked by them got damaged, one lost, did not get refund. We bought $20,000 coverage insurance through them! What seemed to me impossible became easy and very quick. I used US Van Lines Movers because it was recommended by a brother and cousin who had used them. My experience was great. This was my first move from anywhere. Their staff was great from Brittany to the estimator down to the workers who packed and delivered. Any questions I had Brittany responded to promptly. I used these guys from US Van Lines for my move last week . I sent them an email for an initial inquiry and in less than an hour I was given a quote for my move. Reasonably priced they were it came at approx $500 for my studio apartment and I finalized my booking with few inquires. These guys from US Van Lines were amazing and I would not have made it without them-First of all I have very limited time. My job requires a min of 12 hours a day so I blew out as many emails as possible while working with all the moving companies posted on line. After the death of my grandmother our family had to find a new abode. I simply ran my eyes over the net to research out for some favourable options and got hold of US Van Lines. I had US Van Lines come to relocate us and we selected this company because of the great track record they had. These guys were on-time,careful, and also quick. I moved into a building with pretty strict guidelines, and these guys handled everything with great ease and without any issues. Without a doubt, I will recommend US Van Lines over all other moving companies . After a bad experience of relocating with a company located near our place I was wary to hire a service, but I could not have experienced a better move once these guys were in. Not only were they on time, but they were also very jovial and hard working.
