It's US Pizza. The place is nice, the food is good, but the service at this new Bryant store needs to be addressed. The last three times we've been, there has been an obvious struggle about whose table it was. And not in a good way. We always end up waiting for a server to show up. THEN the service is hit-or-miss. There are a few great servers there, but there are a LOT of servers standing around doing nothing, also. The food is the same great food that all of the US Pizza's serve. I called in a large salad and bread sticks. Was told 10 mins so I arrived accordingly. I sat in their pick up for 50 minutes before reaching the window. Once there I was greeted extemely rudely. I paid and was told to pull forward. I sat for 39 minutes and change because at this point I broke out the stop watch. Finally 1 hour and 27 minutes after I initially ordered, I received my food only to find the sauces spilled all in the bag, and my large supreme salad downgraded to the small fresh garden salad. Very disappointing. We reserved a room almost a month ago with specific instructions of how we would like the room set up. We called again the night before to make sure it would be set up. No problem. The room was not set up as we had requested, which created some problems for us. The service was slow, they kept getting orders mixed up, some people just ate what they got because they waited so long. This place knows what they are doing. They hire great managers. I had a concern about my order once I arrived. The managers immediately handled it and made me feel like i was the most important customer! I will eat there again! Great Pizza!
Great pizza and sweet patio if you can get a seat check it out. One of fayetteville's best pizza joints!
Their pizza is ok to good, but not exceptional. We might come back but would be terribly excited about it.
I have tried a lot of local pizza places and US Pizza Co is terrific especially if you prefer thin crust pizza. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. Parking can be limited.
I do not like pizza but I will have to say I am hooked after eating this pizza. They have really good pizza's and I will go back again
I have had great days & not so great days... If they mess it up sometimes won't fix it.
