I just wanted to tell you how pleased we have been with the new carpet you installed in our house. It was truly unbelievable that you could get it all done within the short amount of time we had before our extended family came into town around Labor Day. Sam went to great lengths to make sure we got the right carpet and kept us updated on the schedule. It all turned out great though as the carpet was installed days before our family got into town and they all raved about how it looked. I took full credit for the color by the way but Sam had carpet swatches laid out all over their showroom as my wife and I couldn?t decide. The installers were very experienced and extremely pleasant to deal with. It was an exceptional buying experience and I could not recommend them any higher.
