Entry fee is stupid especially because once you get to the counter after pulling off your own parts they start charging you fees and cores for every little stupid thing, even if it's broken. Bad customer service would rather go spend my money at LKQ
They drilled holes in perfectly good tiers then told me they weren't safe. They were 10 times better then what I had on the truck an I needed them because I was in a pinch. The guy at the desk destroyed the tiers an I was forced to go to the store an buy new ones. I am surprised I made it. Also cost me an arm an a leg. Fuck you pull am pay. Fuck you an your so called policy
I'm happy with them I've gone there several times. I just got a comple a/c set up for my 89 d50. What I will say is it you have a hard to find vehicle to to their web site every few days and check the inventory. That don't hold on to the card for that long. When I do find my same truck I get what I can right away.
Horrible customer service, manager thinks he is better then everyone else. Poor selection, on top of that everything is picked clean. Save your $2
Horrible customer service and store policy's. Was told I could return a part for non-compatibility yet when I returned the part I was told they would only offer me store credit which I do not have a use for. Scammy company, had much better luck and service with LKQ who will be getting my business from now on.
This place was a sick joke, they didn't have what they said they did
