My mechanic friend took me here to get a part that would have cost triple retail. We also picked up a fog light that was stolen for under $30. Great concept if you have the ability to take thing apart and know what you are doing!!
Used them several times and was pleased with selection and prices, however when I sold them a vehicle, I was quoted a price and after towing it to them, they low balled me at a much lower price than the quote. Had to take it or tow it back home. Will not go there in the future to sell vehicles as a result.
2017 Pull a Thon was amazing as always. Been to a few of these and the Indy yard runs the best one. Despite some idiots was able to get a good haul. If you're patient, willing to work this is the place for you.
Team leader really rude and really really bad customer service. No respect for customers. To bad I didn't got her name. And one more thing I don't know why is it some people have more preference that take parts of,cars before they get to the yard. Is really sad that people need some parts NOT for business just to keep going our cars and this shop owners get preference to get all the good parts before us...NOT FARE .!! Had what I needed and had a great experience the first day but the next day I went there to bring my core back the Mexican chick with the tattoos all over her face was super rude and treated me like crap and all I asked was where do I take my core.
