The entire experience was amazing!! The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful and made me feel important. I was taken back almost immediately to a room by a CNA/MA who was very efficient and let me know what to expect. I was then seen in 5 minutes or less by an exceptional nurse practitioner who made me feel very comfortable and her diagnosis and treatment plan. Everyone did a great job. I believe Amy at the front desk checked me in, I think she was from Tooele. Stephany was the nurse that checked me in and did my vitals. Very professional, listens, smiles and what really impressed me was she waited to do my blood pressure, to give me a chance to relax. Other places I've been to, don't do that. They immediately put the cuff on me and started the machine. Needles to say it came out higher. Nikki was the PA was also great. I have had mixed experiences there. From really great to not so great, with both doctors and reception. I do have my main physician there, that should say something, and overall they have done a very good job when I needed them. Everyone has a bad day, doesn't mean they don't care or everyone at a particular place sucks. I go there because it is close but even if it was a bit further I still would.
