The manager acts nonchalant condescending not taking anything seriously! Treated me like a child! Like a joke! Filled with run around! Maybe he should go back to selling furniture! March 23rd 2024 11 am MST Lab Nurse name: Renal Manager name: Kasey Chandler The scheduled urgent visit and lab visit was canceled after I left. The lab nurse snapped and yelled at me. ‘Don’t tell me how to do my job!’ after I asked her to insert the needle at an angle because my vein is at an angle and it will not draw blood properly if its straight.
