I been here few times and doctors take care of me amazing
Virgil at the front desk was super pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond willingly to assist with my concerns
They can't do the billing correctly. Do not go if you have any choice. You walk in to an Urgent Care facility and they bill it as a Family Practice appointment so your insurance won't pay. Apparently this is an ongoing issue that they don't care to fix. Medical billing is horrible especially when the facility makes it even worse and doesn't care that it is happening.
Love the university of Utah but I took my daughter in I told them she was having a allergic reaction the doctor said it was from drooling she was drooling a little bit due to teething but it got worse and worse I stopped giving her whole milk and it started going away she still reacts to certain foods but definitely going somewhere else so I can know.
Got there when they first opened, and was in and out with my prescription with their in house pharmacy in just 30 mins. The staff was very nice and helpful!
