Spent 30 minutes on the phone talking about my need to see someone who specializes in peri-menopause and aging. Was assured that their Midlife Women's Health and Menopause Program would be "perfect" for me. Yay! Got scheduled, showed up and paid my copay and found that they had changed me to a midwife without contacting me or anything. This happened TWICE! I was billed $134 for preventative services (covered 100% by my insurance) because I discussed the adverse symptoms of my IUD with my doctor. I run a tight schedule, so this is an issue for me. I schedule an appointment around work, etc. and I plan for my appointment to be about 30 minutes. When I am waiting for the doctor even lo... read more

No stars would be more appropriate. When it comes to your health, consider a real hospital and not unprofessional students. Last year I visited 3 different U of U practices and was so disappointed by each. I thought I wanted a midwife experience but whay I found was no consistency. I never met with the same person twice and each midwife was touch and go. This was my first pregnancy to fruition and I was nervous and received no reassurance. The final straw was when I was trying to schedule an ultrasound appointment and the re... read more
