I really appreciate Dr. Hartell’s thoughtful response to a recent health concern I’ve been experiencing. She took the time to conduct a thorough review of my lab results — not only the current ones but also those from the past several years. I also appreciated her patience and the clear, detailed way she explained the possible diagnosis. I left the appointment with a treatment plan and grateful for the care I received.
Everyone was very helpful and efficient. I especially enjoyed the bedside manner of Dr. Katy Richards.
