Joan spent a lot of time explaining my pathology and what could be causing my facial pain. She was kind and understanding and took time to answer my questions. I wish she had a magic wand and could just fix my problem but I feel like she pointed me in the right direction to start getting the help that I need. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Moreno-Gomez seemed more attentive than other doctors I’ve seen in the last 6 months. She made sure we covered all bases and attended to every detail of my care. This resulted in me needing to get extra labs, but I don’t mind. Her MA was also very respectful and helpful.
Sara Mcevoy provided me with wonderful car. She walked me through the X-ray and MRI images in extreme detail so the I understood what they were showing and how it correlated to my symptoms. She was able to get me scheduled for a cortisone injection the same day.
The staff was really nice and kept me updated when the doc was running late. They even brought me water. The doc was phenomenal. Took an excellent history and did the most comprehensive Neuro exam I’ve ever seen or had done. This was my own exam but I am mom to a TBI child so I have seen more than a few in my time. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Pham was thorough and she truly listened to me. Dr. Pham was clear and direct with regard to next steps and I left feeling heard, understood, and hopeful!
