I do not recommend this health center. Please avoid this location if possible. Inconsistent and unreliable communication, bad customer service, and an incorrect prescription sent in for me with no apology or explanation. I have met with multiple providers here and have been unhappy with my experiences.
Very very disappointed I work for the U so it hurts to give a 1 star but after a 10 days of trying to get hold of someone to refill my anxiety meds and after the very many calls they tell me it can’t be refilled without an appointment and they couldn’t get me in for another week these are meds I CANNOT abruptly stop I even had to get an emergency 3 day refill from the pharmacy and the pharmacy even sent my provider a message I sent a request through my chart I called and talked to the medical assistant EVERY DAY for the last... read more
Highly recommend Dr Sullivan!
Not great. Chira is unprofessional and rude. Terrible doctor (would not recommend going to her in the slightest) felt brushed off and disinterested in my symptoms, did NOT do a correct evaluation (medical,family history etc) she does not need to be a doctor if she does not care how her patients feel. (I went in for period pain) was quickly dismissed by Chira that it is because I am a women when I had another doctor at this location recommended an ultrasound for possible endometriosis.
