Worst experience of my life, 5 people there and only 1 person on the computer, the others are standing around on their cell phones. Can't anyone sit down and check in a few people for her so we can get out of here. I was there to drop off a urine sample, not get one just dropping it off.. I was there 25 minutes just to drop it off.. Ridiculous. Cross train these people! I was so mad while they were sitting behind the desk on their cell phones.
