This place used to have it together. Now every time I call, I get complete incompetence. Nobody remembers me, nobody will let me talk to the optometrist (the only person there with any sense), and they don’t understand what I’m talking about, even if they just called me about an issue the day before. I will never call them again or give them another penny.

I brought them here because I have been coming here with my daughters for years and have always received great service. I have to say we had the most amazing experience! Dr Nguyen was so patient and kind and took her time with each and everyone of them! Dr. Bashir is amazing. My kids love going to get their eyes checked with her!
Highly recommend. My mother and I have been coming to Dr Bashir for many years, she is the best. We have seen other drs in the practice with great results, the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Such a wonderful facility and staff. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Dr. Nguyen is absolutely amazing! She is very straight forward, funny, kind and makes sure my eyes are getting the best possible comfort they can! All of the other doctors I have seen here are wonderful as well. The front desk area is friendly and very attentive. I never have to wait more than 5 mins when coming here. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wants excellent care.
Today was my first visit, and it went so well! I did not have to wait long. Dr. Bashir was so knowledgeable and friendly! I was very pleased and am happy to have found a new eye doctor for my family!
My whole family goes to Dr Ahmed for the past ten years and we couldn’t ask for better care or a better eye doctor!!
