They racially profiled my family, accused us of stealing, and locked us in by closing the gate thirty minutes early AFTER verifying that we have TWO UNITS currently rented and a key in hand.

Per our policy and contract agreement, in order to maintain such tight security on our units, a gate code is required to enter or leave the property once it is time to close. RecommendedSuperb customer service!! We were at the unit in 2 vehicles. I accidentally drove away with our lock in my car. My husband put a different lock on the unit since I was already half an hour away when we discovered it. The next day we received a call from U-Lock-It to see if we had changed the lock. Makes us feel even more secure using this facility. We highly recommend!!
