Incredibly rude staff, no customer service skills. I will not be renting from this location again. If this had been my first uhaul rental, I would not be using U-Haul again, period.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Front desk receptionist was profoundly rude and unprofessional. Incorrectly filled out my paperwork for the u-haul rental and ended up charging me 300$ more than what was intended what felt like was out of spite for her bad day… your company needs to step up and just do better for your community and the people that commute to our town here in granbury… get it together y’all!!!
