Worst customer service. They kept my car for a week even though it was drivable. There are many other reputable dealerships in Mobile that won't lie to you or try to intimidate women like this one did!

I recommend to friends,family,or anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to look no further than U-J Chevrolet. I recently purchase a brand new vehicle there. Kelly was excellent and to the point with all of the in and outs with me so that I could be in my new car and home for dinner. Jody Frost helped us out; he was very kind and made the entire process painless and even enjoyable! With his help I was able to drive off the lot within about an hour.
