We had a great experience with U-J!! Had to do some last minute shopping to get my son back off to college after his truck broke down unexpectedly. Ben Pointer made the unfortunate experience wonderful. The whole team up there was absolutely fabulous! I'm pretty sure I visited well over half the car lots in Mobile and none of them made us feel as welcomed as they did. Customer service means a lot. I bought a 2013 chevy Silverado and absolutely love it. My salesman was Ben Pointer; he was very nice and knowledgeable about the trucks. He made my experience a good one and didn't have any trouble getting the paperwork or any part of the buying the truck. If your looking to get a Chevy I would say go to UJ Chevrolet!!
