Our car wouldn’t start at the pumpkin patch today and Don personally came out of his way to come help us. He ordered a tow company to come pick up our car and have it delivered to UJ Chevrolet so they could fix it. He even gave us a ride to get another car. What great service and such nice people!! It all started on IM with Meghan I kind of told her I was looking for in a truck she told me to see Ben used truck sales went by one day missed seeing Ben was on a test drive so on Monday October 8 .2018 about 3 weeks later me and my husband were able to meet he found the truck when he called me said ok let’s go for a test drive once I was able to meet him it was a awesome experience without a doubt to purchase the truck Thank you Meghan and Ben
I bought my Chevy Cruze from Pete at UJ! He made my 2nd purchase at this dealership wonderful! However, after having my vehicle serviced for the last time there, my lug nut Key went missing! So 1 year later here I am with a flat tire and it’s MY fault the key is missing! They put the lock back on my spare and sent me on my way with no key! Oh but there’s more! “Hey you can pay for labor and a new lug nut and we can take it off for you!” So basically pay for someone else’s mistake?! No thank you!
