We went on the lot on a Saturday afternoon to look at a specific car. After 15 minutes of waiting, not a single salesman came out to help.
I had to pay a late fee on my registration because they didn't send my paperwork out for a month. I called numerous times, talked to 3 different people who assured me my refund would be sent. Still have not seen it. 👎👎
Best truck buying experience we have ever had. Financing worked really hard to make it happen and Jody Frost, our car salesman went above and beyond to get us in the truck we wanted. We had limited time and he went as far as staying after hours so we could drive off in the truck. Filled up the tank and cleaned it up and we drove off in exactly what we wanted.
Brought a truck from Ben and he was awesome!!!! Great experience and great customer service!! 5 stars and more for Ben!!
