I bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado on May 28. My truck makes a ticking noise during the first few minutes of running in the morning, so I made an appointment with the service department to drop my truck off to have them check it out. I am not sure what the point of the appointment was because they had it for 3 days before they even looked at it.
