I booked online in order to be able to quickly pick up the 17 foot truck in the morning. However, after spending 10minutes attempting to find the key to the truck, the employee informed me that they had rented out all of the 17 foot trucks and that one wasn't available. Apparently the online confirmation doesn't mean you'll actually get a truck. The employee then offered me a 15foot truck instead. I paid for the truck, a dolly, and some furniture covers.
