Unprofessional indian turban guy. He knows nothing how to and what to do. And he has to get trained how to behave with costumers. I got charged 2 times for renting a Uhaul truck. And the costumer service isn't able to return me my money because of this guy. Uhaul needs to stop hiring uneducated and illiterate people.
Staff were very courteous and proffesional.
Had an appointment to install a hitch. I took the morning off and drove 40 mins only to find out that they didn't have the hitch for installation. I received an email 2 days prior confirming the appointment and the guy at Uhaul was surprised that nobody had called me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to provide the service that day. Unfortunately, it was now too late to schedule and an installation elsewhere so this had a domino effect on the following weeks plans. Now trying to get my $149 deposit back....
These guys went above and beyond. I was supposed to have the work done at the Burlington store on Mainway, but the tech had a family emergency. These guys picked up the slack, brought in an extra guy to accommodate, drove me home, kept me informed, and did not stress out about the extra workload that was dropped in their laps.
