Always a challenge to deal with the policies, price quote never matches actual although service was friendly and professional.
Purchase and installation of trailer hitch and wiring. Location: Central Kitchener. Parking: Plenty of free on-site customer parking available. Accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible. Facilities: Immaculately clean including customer waiting area and bathroom. Service: Absolutely phenomenal experience. Manager and staff were expertly knowledgeable, polite, helpful and professional. Never buy from dealships. Have these guys install same for 40% of price.
Greeted quickly and professionally. Van was ready earlier then scheduled. I think that the wiring harness could have been finished up a little nicer/neater. But overall very happy and would recommend.
