They were friendly with good customer service .
I made an appointment online to have a hitch installed at 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:50 and they said their installers leave for the day at 1:00. The worker asked if I called to confirm, I did try to call 5 different times, but the store number just auto-directs to the generic center saying the store is busy. I even called right in front of his face and it did the same thing. I asked him how am I supposed to call them when they always forward the call, and he had no answer.
