They were friendly with good customer service .
I made an appointment online to have a hitch installed at 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:50 and they said their installers leave for the day at 1:00. The worker asked if I called to confirm, I did try to call 5 different times, but the store number just auto-directs to the generic center saying the store is busy. I even called right in front of his face and it did the same thing. I asked him how am I supposed to call them when they always forward the call, and he had no answer. Our family has had hitches installed at this location many times and they never disappoint. It is decently affordable, all the people working there are friendly with the customers and have a good repour with each other. With all of the hitches, we've had one for over 5 years now, with it being used for frequent trailer hauling and dealing with rough terrain and it has stood the test of time with minimal rust and no damage.
