I made an appointment online to have a hitch installed at 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:50 and they said their installers leave for the day at 1:00. The worker asked if I called to confirm, I did try to call 5 different times, but the store number just auto-directs to the generic center saying the store is busy. Our family has had hitches installed at this location many times and they never disappoint. It is decently affordable, all the people working there are friendly with the customers and have a good repour with each other. With all of the hitches, we've had one for over 5 years now, with it being used for frequent trailer hauling and dealing with rough terrain and it has stood the test of time with minimal rust and no damage. I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.
