Didn’t have any small vehicles but as we only needed the vehicle for a couple hours they let us take one that was reserved for the next morning and made it an easy process!
If you're renting a truck go to the counter for pick up, don't do it online. I had to pick an insurance that I didn't want or need
Is it possible to give less than 1 star? I have been to this store a few times and it seems like the only people I can ever find is a dude named Dan and a few times a dude named Mike. You got little air conditioner princesses who can't seem to help any customers or their team. I was referred here by a customer who enjoyed the service and recommended Dan for a hitch and he is great but the lack of teamwork from other staff behind the desk makes this place less than desirable.
Hi The uhaul team at this location is amazing Helpful and kind
