Is it possible to give less than 1 star? I have been to this store a few times and it seems like the only people I can ever find is a dude named Dan and a few times a dude named Mike. You got little air conditioner princesses who can't seem to help any customers or their team. I was referred here by a customer who enjoyed the service and recommended Dan for a hitch and he is great but the lack of teamwork from other staff behind the desk makes this place less than desirable.
