Great staff and service
Very rude response to my inquiry after hitch install. Did not receive ball with hitch install. What good is this $450 install without the ball?
They had a challenge and called a colleague from another location to help w the install- all went well
The positive: Had it done in the timeframe they stated. The Negative: Unfortunately the installation wasn't done correctly, so the rear bumper was not fully reattached. Should have been corrected when the installer realized the bumper push pins would not go back into the holes. They made the cutout too small for the hitch, and it looks like they were just hoping I wouldn't see it. I've reached out to the location and I am hoping to update my review to a more positive rating once the issue is fixed.
It never was completed. Kept my truck 9 hours
