They don't answer the phone. I took my buisness to another place that did.
Unable to SPEAK to a C/S REPRESENTATIVE..DAMNIT
The "one month free storage" is deceptive. It's ONLY available if you have a unit reserved. With no units available you need an extra couple hours to get the truck empty. Made this known to manager who shrugged and assured "no problem. Relax, truck isn't scheduled to go back out and to return it anytime before 7pm. Returned it at 2. Credit card on file got charged $63 for an extra day.
