Went online to schedule an appointment to have a hitch installed. Went day of appointment and stood in line forever. Then I was told that the person who installs them was gone for a week. I asked why appointments were available online then and the answer was "I don't know." I asked if a manager was available and he said the manager is the one who installs hitches. I asked if he could look at my Jeep and tell me if I could install one with my after market bumper and again was told the Manager was the only one who could tell. ... read more
