Great customer service In and out in a timely manner
PRO: The staff that was there was wonderful. The 2 who helped me were great. I wasn't thrilled with being bumped up from 15 ft to a 20 ft bcuz I only needed a 10ft but also needed a ramp, so I had to go up size to 15 ft truck I didn't need to begin with. Going up to a 20 ft meant more gas & a bigger truck for me to drive across the country & while I wasn't thrilled about this, I understand these things happen because I had to postpone my moving day by 2 days due to a hurricane going thru my driving area & while it wasn't ide... read more
