Could never get a hold of anybody on the telephone and I tried all different hours so what I did get was connected to someone at U-Haul but not the location I was calling she was so intrusive with trying to get my credit card information I had to hang the phone up on her I have never been so appalled in my life than how pushy this person at U-Haul was to get my credit card information I had already made a complaint on this employee that is no way to do business.
