I can't say enough good things about this U-Haul location, specifically Travis and Eduardo! Moving is always stressful, but they made the equipment rental part an absolute breeze. We ran into some unexpected issues with our move, and every single time we had to call and adjust our plans, Travis and Eduardo were incredibly understanding, patient, and flexible. We had to rent a car trailer in a jam right at closing. The young guy who helped us was so awesome. He definitely is a perfect picture of how customer service is supposed to be. I wish I remembered his name.
